My wife and I have been coming to the Pine Mountain Resort for the last few years, and the reason we continue to come back is because of the staff!! They are, by far the most friendly and hospitalble staff we have ever came across. We have stayed at many hotels/motels in the midwest, and never found the superior service we receive at Pine Mountain. The staff, such as Andrew is so good that even after a year of not being there when we arrive he is always "Welcome back Mr and Mrs Anes, gald to have you back".

We had a wonderful time. The skiing was great. ALL the youth went through instruction and at the end of the day were zipping down the blue and green slopes like there was no tomorrow. Everyone felt that the package deal was an excellent value and we are planning future trips to Pine Mountain! I must acknowledge that your staff are very courteous and helpful. A special thanks to ski instructors Tom and Sam for taking the extra time to teach the basics of skiing to some of our group that needed the extra guidance! Thanks again for your assistance!

I wanted to let you know how nice it was to work with the staff at Pine mountain...My husband put together the ski trip for the scouts, but he was not able to go. I was in charge the day of after he, (and you), did all the prep work. Taylor at the check-in desk, the instructors, the guy with the earring in the rental place, (his name escapes me!), Joan, the babysitter for my 4y/o in the afternoon, and everybody else that we encountered at the hill, the tow-rope guy...very patient for so many new skiers!, , were all so kind, patient, and flexible. We had a big group, last minute changes, etc., etc., and it all went very well. We will surely use pine again for ski trips, both personally and for groups Thanks! I was very impressed by all.

Thank you to the staff for a wonderful day! It was my 7yr old sons first ski trip. He had a blast. Thank you to his ski instructor. I don't know her name but thank you so much. Your tips were very helpful and by the end of your one day trip he was skiing down the hill with the adults. Thank you also to the lift operators, they were very helpful with getting him on and off the triple chair lift. Thank you to William who was working the tow rope on the bunny hill for all of your help. You all made his first ski trip very successful. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

We would like to thank you for the skiing privileges this season. We had a great snow year & a great ski season with the exception of the sub zero weeks. We did get up & had a great time. We heard nothing but great reports fron our customers. Your grooming is superb. Our staff came back each time with a great report. I personally was up two times with my family. I was very impressed how accessible it was for me being handicapped with MS. I used to love to ski Pine but haven't been up in a few years becuase of my MS. It was fun to watch my husband and kids.

I would like to thank Jim in the Shi shop. I was looking to buy new skis and was looking at the Volkl AC40. I called Jim and he said they could order them and ship them to me for much cheaper then I could find anywhere else. Thanks Jim, you made a stressfull decision much easier and virtualy stressless. I will do all of my gear decisions through pine mountain hereafter and rest assured my friends will too. Thanks again.

My husband and I were very pleased with the accomodating and pleasant services provided by the Pine Mountain staff. Our wedding day, which could have been one of the most stressful days of our lives, turned out to be the most enjoyable and relaxing with the help of Pine Mountain's reception coordinator, chef and waiting staff. The reception coordinator worked so well with our decorator and she was great with suggestions and accomodating to our ideas. The food at our wedding reception was exceptional and guests just could not eat enough of the delightfully prepared food. We are so thankful for all our guests just could not eat enough of the deilghtfully prepared food. We are so thankful for all their help in making it a memorable day. We recommend their services to everyone.

I am writing this letter to let you know how grateful I am for the hospitality of your staff during my recent stay.
I have been to Iron Mountain before, and was somewhat familiar with the area. Being a golfer, TimberStone was a big draw for me, so my first call was to Pine Mountain to inquire about accomodations.
I began my stay at Pine Mountain in early August, and my last night there was November 8. For over three months, I have enjoyed the facility's hospitality, including the food at Famers which was all outstanding. My compliments to the chef and all the assistants for these, and other, wonderful dishes.
Most of all, and what touched me the most, were the staff at Pine Mountain.

I just wanted to thank the entire staff at Pine Mountain Resort for the wonderful job done during our recent UPHCN conference. I have just completed the summary of the evaluations of those that attended the event and I'm pleased to say that with the exception of a couple minor points, all the responses were extremely positive!
The recent changes and upgrades to the meeting rooms were noted by a number of the attendees. I also received feedback regarding your recent remodeling of the lodge rooms and condo units. The new condo units were a big hit!!! With everything that Pine Mountain is doing, I would definitely have to say that you are heading in the right direction. Keep up the good work!!
This was our 10th conference held at Pine Mountain and I can honestly say we are looking forward to our 11th!!!!

2007 marked Dickinson County's turn to hold the annual Upper Peninsula Dental Meeting which concluded June 10th at Pine Mountain Resort. It was a wonderful two day event.
From the early planning stages through the banquet Saturday night, things progressed seamlessly. Teres made everything easy. She made excellent suggestions, was always available for our more than numerous questions, and followed through to make certain things went as promised.
Your staff was more than courteous, always smiling and very prompt. The meals were phenomenal! Without exaggeration...TOP SHELF! In fact, from start to finish, from top to bottom, everything was TOP SHELF!
Kudos to Pine Mountain Resort and thank you, thank you, thank you! On behalf of the planning committee...
