Spring Mix topped with sliced pear, walnuts, cranberry and goat cheese. Served with champagne vinaigrette.

Chicken Piccata

8oz Tenderized chicken breast sauteed with capers, mushrooms and finished with a lemon butter sauce.

Top Sirloin

8oz Center cut top sirloin, topped with a Jack Daniels portabella mushroom demi-glace.

Cajun Catfish

8oz Catfish fillet pan fried with a Cajun seasoning and topped with a Cajun remoulade drizzle.

Chocolate Molten Bundt Cake

Warm chocolate cake enrobed in chocolate and filled with a dark chocolate truffle. Garnished with fresh raspberry and raspberry sauce.
