The Sitzmark Bar & Deck
The Sitzmark is Pine Mountain's historical jewel with its sweeping views of the ski hill from its many windows and adjoining sun deck.
The Sitzmark was constructed from salvaged material from the Ford Motor Company in Kingsford, Michigan, during WWII, when the Kingsford Ford Plant built WWII Glider planes.
The walls and floors were built from the glider crates, and the roof rafters are the Stika Spruce Glider wing spars.
The room has a stone fireplace, a private bar and can accommodate 50-60 people. The Sitzmark also includes the use of the sun deck.
The Spruce Room
The Spruce is the largest banquet venue at Pine Mountain, accommodating up to 210 guests. For larger groups of up to 300, it can be combined with the Alpine and Sitzmark rooms. The venue boasts stunning views of the majestic red and white pines and connects to the Sitzmark sun deck. Guests can take advantage of the spacious deck, which overlooks the picturesque hillside and provides an ideal setting for outdoor ceremonies. Additionally, the layout of the venue allows for a smooth flow between rooms for larger gatherings.
The Alpine Room
The Alpine can host an event of up to 100 guests. This venue has a warm, cozy feel, enhanced by our large stone fireplace and natural lighting. The Alpine room can be the perfect backdrop for any indoor wedding ceremony. The venue also features a private bar that will satisfy all guests, along with access to bathrooms. This is the perfect venue for weddings or any banquet.
